What payment options are available?

We currently accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and checks. Checks should be made payable to ENT Associates of Greater Kansas City.

Can I pay my bill online or over the phone?

Yes!  ENT Associates of Greater Kansas City now offers online bill pay through our patient portal.  You may also call our business office at 816-875-2599 to make a payment over the phone.

Who do I contact about billing questions?

You may contact our business office by calling 816-875-2599 between the hours of 8:30 - 11:45 and 1:00 - 4:45.

I received a statement in the mail – when is payment due?

Payment is due within 30 days from your first statement.

What do I need for a workers’ compensation case?

Please contact our Business Office PRIOR to scheduling an appointment. We ask that you have the following information ready when you call:

  • Employer Name
  • Contact Person and Phone Number
  • Date of Injury
  • How Injury Occurred
  • Claim Number
  • Workers’ Compensation Insurance Name, Address, Phone Number and Contact Person

I do not have Insurance. How much will I need to pay at my appointment?

You will be required to pay for services in full at the time of your appointment, however, discounts may apply.

How do I know if my Insurance will pay for my services?

Please contact your Insurance Company to ensure we participate in with your plan.  If we do not participate with your Insurance Company we may file a courtesy claim on your behalf so you may be reimbursed by your Insurance Company.  Please understand that reimbursement from your Insurance Company is not a guarantee.
